Hi, I'm Jonathan

I'm Jonathan Tye, a qualified Personal Trainer through Future Fit Personal Training School. After a positive change in my own life 5 years ago, I decided to maintain this lifestyle with complete immersion into the fitness business. I bring not only my qualifications but also my personal experiences around nutrition, fitness, and wellbeing.

I've created bespoke programs for clients, and with my direction and their commitment, we've achieved their goals. I've provided successful nutrition advice to clients needing to achieve fat loss and readjust their overall eating habits. My guidance around meal plans and unique strength & cardio prescriptions for each client has been extremely effective.

My clients preparing for grandchildren and the daily requirements of living love their newfound energy levels, pain-free mobility, and overall benefits of their active lifestyle.
